The Power and the Passion to Create
Five minutes of excerpts from the Norman Seeff film and tape archive exploring the creative process with well-known artists and innovators, followed by a presentation in which Norman Seeff explores the following questions: (a) what do we learn when we observe the great innovators functioning at the higher reaches of human potential? (b) how does this information reflect on the current paradigm shift?
Norman Seeff was born March 5, 1939 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since moving to the United States in 1969, his work as a photographer of public personalities and a filmmaker has been focused on the exploration of human creativity and the inner dynamics of the creative process.
“We all have access to the inner resources of creativity. As we learn to understand what they are and how to access them we can empower ourselves to create a future of dreams by conscious choice.”
