Barbara Marx Hubbard is a pioneer in evolutionary visioning, education and communication, founder of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution.
Starting in the 70′s, she created new forms of media to communicate our potentials for a positive future, including a multimedia theater for the future and a new process for social cooperation at 25 Syncon conferences for synergistic convergence, developing a format for “the new news” based on creativity.
Her name was placed in nomination for the Vice- Presidency of the United States on the Democratic ticket in 1984, proposing a Peace Room as sophisticated as a war room to scan for, map, connect and communicate what is working in America and the world.
She did a TV special called “Potentials: Creators and Innovators of Our Time,” featuring such leaders as Gene Roddenberry, Ray Bradbury, Buckminster Fuller, and many more.
Barbara is the producer and narrator of the award-winning documentary series entitled Humanity Ascending: A New Way Through Together.
Currently she is inaugurating a radio program on Hay House Radio entitled “Conscious Evolution with Barbara Marx Hubbard”. She will converse with major evolutionary leaders of our time. She is initiating a global program with the Shift Network to catalyze a planetary experience of convergence, coherence and celebration of what is working in the world, “Birth 2012: Co-creating a Planetary Shift” to be celebrated on December 22, 2012. There will be a global multi-media broadcast requiring creative entertainment and talent. She is teaching a major training called Agents of Conscious Evolution on the Shift Network, as well as writing her seventh book called “Birth 2012 and Beyond: Entering the Great Age of Conscious Evolution.”
