Emily Fletcher is the founder of Ziva Meditation and one of the world’s leading experts in Vedic meditation.

During her ten year career on Broadway including roles in A Chorus Line, Chicago, The Producer’s, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and 42nd St, Emily Fletcher discovered meditation while understudying three leading roles at the same time. The practice improved her performance and her life so dramatically that she felt compelled to learn how to share it with others.

Emily is now one of only 55 people in the world who teach Vedic Meditation. She started her three-year teacher-training program in Rishikesh, India where this practice was born. Her company, Ziva Meditation and offers the four-day course to corporations (CocaCola, Ogilvy & Mather) celebrities and individuals many times a month in both New York and Los Angeles. She has taught both Laura Benanti and Jenna Dewan this highly effective form of meditation and is passionate about up leveling the state of consciousness of the people shaping the entertainment industry.

In addition to teaching meditation, she heads the East Coast Division of Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop in NYC teaching actors of all levels the art and science of the moment.
